China home prices decline in February: survey

CHINA's housing prices fell in February, a survey showed on Saturday, renewing fears of weakening growth in the world's second-largest economy.
The average price of a new home in China's 100 major cities fell 0.24 per cent from January to 10,539 yuan (S$2,292) per square metre, according to the China Index Academy.
