SINGAPORE'S first hotel-inspired executive condominium project CityLife@Tampines has been awarded the temporary occupation permit. The EC is jointly developed by upscale lifestyle hotel brand Amara Holdings Limited and real estate developers Kay Lim Holdings Pte Ltd and SingHaiyi Group Ltd.
Launched in November 2012, the 514-unit project was 90 per cent sold within two days of its launch and fully sold out by March 2013. It offers hotel-inspired features and services, including home concierge service, a 100m infinity pool, resort-style landscaping, complimentary WiFi at common areas, and curated designer-brand fittings and appliances.
"The consortium has taken great care in materialising our vision of marrying luxury-hotel lifestyle to the cosy comforts of home, creating an elevated experience for the residents of CityLife@Tampines," said Albert Teo, CEO of Amara. "With the EC's comprehensive suite of hotel-grade facilities, complemented by the convenience brought about by its strategic location in the heart of Tampines, we are confident residents will quickly feel at home."
