MOH Holdings has clarified that it is not in discussions to lease space at Labrador Tower.
It was responding to a story in The Business Times that it is nearing an office lease deal in the project for about 140,000 sq ft.
Industry sources had expected MOH Holdings to join insurer Prudential in leasing space at the new development, to be completed next year.
Labrador Tower is being developed by SP Group, and sits above a large underground electrical substation.
MOH Holdings is a major tenant at HarbourFront Centre, but is said to be moving out of the building.
