DEVELOPERS sold 765 private homes in October, up from 648 units in September but still below the 1,105 units they moved in October 2013. These figures exclude executive condos (ECs).
The data was released on Monday by Urban Redevelopment Authority based on monthly sales data submissions from developers.
Including ECs - a public-private housing hybrid - developers found buyers for 855 units in October, ahead of September's 707 units. In October 2013, the figure was 1,243 units.
