Eco World sees stable sales at Iskandar
Malaysian High Commissioner also stresses that property market in Iskandar remains attractive amid short-term slowdown

DESPITE recent negative sentiment and concerns over a potential housing glut in Iskandar Malaysia, Malaysian property developer Eco World Development Group Bhd expects sales revenue from its Iskandar projects this year to remain at levels similar to last year's.
The group, which has three residential developments and three business parks there, recorded RM3.2 billion (S$1.2 billion) in total sales in 2014, of which RM1.8 billion came from its Iskandar projects, said chairman Liew Kee Sin on Friday on the sidelines of the official opening of its first international gallery, EcoWorld Gallery @ Singapore.
