FCT prices S$80 million green notes due 2032 at 3.3%
They will pay interest semi-annually
FRASERS Centrepoint Trust (FCT) is offering S$80 million in fixed-rate green notes due 2032 at 3.3 per cent, its manager said on Monday (Feb 24).
They will be issued on Mar 3 under the real estate investment trust’s S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme. The notes, part of Series 002, will be issued in bearer form and in denominations of S$250,000 each.
The notes will pay interest semi-annually. They will mature on Mar 3, 2032.
Net proceeds from the issuance will be used to finance or refinance FCT’s eligible sustainable projects. UOB is the sole lead manager for the Series 002 notes.
Units of FCT closed up 0.48 per cent or S$0.01 at S$2.08 on Monday.
