THE expected demand for more flexible workspaces and a ramp-up of operations by tech giants could help to cushion the softness in office leasing demand in Singapore.

This comes amid the year-to-date decline of 3.4 per cent in Central Business District (CBD) Grade A office rents and further weakness expected in Q4 2020, said a report by real-estate services and investment management firm Colliers International.
