FRAGRANCE Group Limited announced on Wednesday its intention to acquire the Imperial Hotel Blackpool in the United Kingdom.

The property developer and hotel operator has entered into a contract to purchase the four-star hotel for £12.8 million (S$22.9 million), it said in a press release.
