[SINGAPORE] RB Capital has appointed JLL's Hotel & Hospitality Group to launch a Request For Proposal (RFP) exercise from hotel management companies to operate the Gallery Hotel along Robertson Quay after it has undergone a major revamp and rebranding.
The new operator is expected to be appointed within the next three months.
The revamp will be part of an estimated $50-70 million spruce-up to re-position and integrate the hotel with the neighbouring Quayside retail podium, which is also owned by RB Capital.
