Government releases EC site in Choa Chu Kang for sale

AN executive condominium (EC) site at Choa Chu Kang Ave 5 has been released for sale by tender under the Confirmed List of H1 2015 Government Land Sales programme, the Housing & Development Board announced on Tuesday.
The site has an area of 16,381 square metres and maximum gross floor area of 49,158.3 square metres. The building, whose maximum height is 60m above mean sea level, can hold about 490 units. It has a lease period of 99 years.
The closing date for the tender is June 30, 2015.
