HDB bags award for service innovation

THE Housing & Development Board (HDB) has beaten public-sector departments from eight other countries to win an award for service innovation.

It was presented the International FutureGov Award 2014 in the service-innovation category for its efforts to create improved customer experience through service personalisation at its Punggol branch.
