Investors start buying London property again
Compared to yields on 10-year gilts, property prices which have fallen from their 2014 peaks are now regarded as better value for investors in a still-attractive city

AFTER a lull post-Brexit, foreign investors are beginning to buy London residential property again.
Data isn't firm at this stage, but according to agents, Middle Eastern, Chinese and some European buyers have been taking advantage of a decline in asking prices and sterling's slide. The combined fall has made some properties attractive, agents say.
