JTC awards tender for industrial site in Tuas at S$5.61m

JTC has awarded a tender for a "Business 2" industrial site at Tuas South Street 6, Plot 46, to the highest tenderer, Tean Chay Crane Rental Pte Ltd, at a tendered price of S$5.61 million.

The tender lasts for 20 years and three months and the project completion period will be for 60 months.

The site has an area of 6,988 square metres and a gross plot ratio of one.

The tender for the site was launched on Feb 24, 2015, and closed on April 21, 2015, with three bids submitted.
