JTC launches industrial site at Gambas Way for tender

JTC has launched a site at Gambas Way (Plot 3) for tender, it said in a press statement on Tuesday.

It is the second of four confirmed list sites for the second half of 2021 under the industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.

Confirmed list sites are launched according to schedule regardless of demand. This is unlike the reserve list system, where a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the government.
