JTC launches Jalan Papan industrial site for tender

JTC has launched one site at Jalan Papan (Plot 7) for tender.

In a press statement on Tuesday, JTC said the site is the first of four confirmed list sites under the industrial government land sales programme for the second half of 2021.

Confirmed list sites are launched according to schedule regardless of demand. This is unlike the reserve list system, where a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the government.

The land plot spans 0.88 hectares and has a 20-year tenure. It has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and is zoned B2 for heavy industrial use.

The tender closes at 11am on Oct 26, 2021.
