JTC launches site at Jalan Papan for application
JTC on Tuesday launched an industrial site at Jalan Papan (Plot 9) for application under the first half of the 2021 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.
This comes as part of the government's efforts to offer more choices for industrial development, said JTC in a press statement.
The land plot spans 1.01 hectares and has a 20-year tenure. It has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and is zoned B2 for heavy industrial use.
Applications for the site may be submitted to JTC before the expiry date on June 30, 2021, at 11am. Interested parties may purchase the tenderer's packet online at S$107 each, inclusive of goods and services tax.
The latest industrial site launched for application is the last of three reserve list sites for the first half of the IGLS programme.
Under the reserve list system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the government. This is unlike confirmed list sites, which are launched according to schedule regardless of demand.
