JTC launches Tampines Industrial Drive site for tender sale

JTC has launched a 0.47ha site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 10) for sale by public tender, under the first half 2016 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The site is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

Industrialists have been invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on June 21, 2016, at 11am.
