JTC launches three industrial sites for sale

JTC Corporation on Tuesday launched two confirmed list sites at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 8) and Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 11), plus one reserve list site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 5) for sale.

Under the confirmed list, the 0.6-hectare site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 8) and 0.5-hectare site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 11) are zoned for Business-2 development, or heavy industrial use.

Both sites have a 20-year tenure and a maximum gross plot ratio of 1.4. The tenders will close on July 21, 2015, at 11am.

Separately, a 0.5-hectare site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 5) is released for application under the reserve list. Also zoned for Business-2 use, the site has a 20-year tenure with a maximum gross plot ratio of 1.4.

Sites in the reserve list are launched for tender only upon successful application by a developer, while confirmed list sites are launched according to schedule, regardless of demand.
