JTC has launched one Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 11) and one Reserve List site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 1) under the second half 2015 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.
The launch of the sites is part of the government's efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
The 0.5-hectare site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 11) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
Industrialists are invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on Dec 22 at 11am.
Separately, the 0.53-ha Reserve List site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 1) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
Reserve List sites are triggered for public tender only if the minimum price committed by a developer is acceptable to the government.
