JTC launches two confirmed list sites at Woodlands, Tuas

JTC Corporation (JTC) has launched two confirmed list sites at Woodlands Sector 2 and Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 4), and one reserve list site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 12).

These sites are part of the industrial government land sales programme (IGLS) for the first half of this year.

The two confirmed list sites are zoned for Business-2 development and have a 20-year tenure. The 1.4-ha site at Woodlands Sector 2 has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0, while the 0.8 ha site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 4) has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. The tenders for both sites close on June 23.

Separately, a 0.5 ha site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 12) is released for application under the reserve list.

Zoned for Business-2 development, the site has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. Applications may be submitted to JTC for the site to be put up for tender.

Under the reserve list system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer with an acceptable minimum price or when there is sufficient market interest for the site.
