PRIVATE residential estate Laguna Park in the East Coast area has been put up for sale at a reserve price of nearly S$1.5 billion.
The en bloc offering follows those of Horizon Towers and Faber Garden - both of which also dangled price tags of more than a billion dollars in their individual collective sales attempts and closed without a sale.
