[SINGAPORE] British real estate firms English Rose and CBRE will host an exhibition this weekend to introduce Clarence Court, a boutique development in central London.
The 16 individually designed apartments in the refurbished building come with high-specification finishes such as fully equipped kitchens, underfloor heating and comfort cooling systems.
Clarence Court is on The Strand, placing it near major landmarks such as Savoy Hotel and the arts and cultural centre, Somerset House. It is also near the city's key employment hubs, the shopping and dining areas of Covent Garden and theatre district West End, as well as some of London's universities.
