Marginal 0.1% rise in HDB resale prices in June: SRX

HDB resale prices rose just 0.1 per cent from a month ago in June, according to flash estimates by SRX Property.
Month-on-month, resale volume increased 8.5 per cent - 1,709 HDB resale flats were sold in June, compared to 1,575 transacted units in May.
Overall median Transaction Over X-Value (T-O-X) was positive S$1,000 in June, up from negative S$2,000 in May.
