WITH condominium prices in the Miami market climbing to US$50 million or more, broker Peggy Fucci has taken up ever more aggressive marketing efforts to find qualified buyers.

She has travelled far and wide - making three trips to China in the past year. This month, she touched down in Shanghai to pitch multimillion-dollar condominiums to a crowd of 5,000 or more at the US Real Estate Showcase and Forum.
