A WIDELY watched auction on Wednesday afternoon by Colliers International did not result in a sale of the star property, a rare mortgagee sale of a Good Class Bungalow along Binjai Rise.
However, two other properties - one an estate sale and the other, a mortgagee sale - found new owners at the auction, which was held at Amara Hotel in Tanjong Pagar.
