One Bernam developer slashes prices by up to 27%, sells 87 units in weekend promotion
Market watchers speculate that the project may be nearing its ABSD deadline, prompting the urgent clearance of unsold stock
HY REALTY and MCC Group dished out discounts ranging from 15 to 27 per cent on their prime downtown condominium project One Bernam over the weekend, selling 87 units in the process at prices from S$1.3 million to S$3.5 million.
With the weekend sales, the 99-year leasehold mixed-use development in Tanjong Pagar that has been on the market since 2021 moved 348 units to date, and cleared 99 per cent of its 351 units.
According to a price list seen by The Business Times, significant discounts were given, ranging from about S$320,000 for a one-bedroom unit originally priced at about S$1.6 million to S$830,000 for a three-bedroom unit, which was previously available for S$4.4 million.
