Prime residential property in KL up for en bloc sale

    7 U THANT, a residential development in the prime Ampang Hilir area in Kuala Lumpur's "embassy district", has been put up for en bloc sale by tender. The freehold, 10-storey luxury development is opposite the US embassy and 10 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

    The owners have given a guide price for the whole project - with existing tenancies - of about RM$131 million (S$51 million). This translates to RM$1,343 per sq ft.
