PROPERTY prices are surging in New Zealand vacation hotspot Queenstown as tourism puts the mountainous South Island town on the radar of Chinese investors.
Residential property prices in Queenstown jumped 22 per cent in the year ended May to an average of NZ$875,002 (S$819,850), according to government valuer Quotable Value (QV) on Wednesday.
