Qingjian Realty launches one-stop services portal for its homeowners
PROPERTY developer Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group on Wednesday launched HiLife, a mobile app that provides Qingjian homeowners with a range of curated services and information needed for them to settle in their new homes.
Through the app, residents will be able to book facilities within the development, sign up for yoga classes and enrol their children for tuition lessons, for example. A range of home services such as cleaning, renovation and interior design is also available on the app.
Homeowners at Riversound Residence will be the first to use the app when it is introduced to them at the development's Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) celebration on Saturday.
With HiLife, Qingjian is the first developer in Singapore to extend its relationship with homeowners beyond sales transactions of units, the company said.
HiLife is a key project by HiLife Interactive, Qingjian's new wholly owned subsidiary set up in April 2015.
