HOTELS in Rayong province are struggling as the economic slowdown and lower oil prices hit spending by companies at nearby industrial estates.
Wiwat Tangjitkobboon, Cape & Kantary Hotels' corporate group director, said that hotel demand had plummeted in the past two years.
