Residential site at Siglap Road launched under government land sales programme

THE Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Siglap Road for sale by public tender on Thursday.
The site is under the Confirmed List of 2nd Half 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The 19,309.6-square metre site can potentially yield about 750 residential units. It has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 67,584 square metres and a maximum building height of 90 metres.
The tender will close at 12 noon on Jan 14, 2016.
