Sellers begin to buckle as sky-high London home prices decline

SATYAJIT Sahu sold his home in south-east London's Orpington district last month because he says he was worried that Brexit was likely to hurt the prospects of UK homeowners.
News that home prices in the city are now falling at their fastest pace since the financial crisis "is uncomfortable for the financial outlook of UK", Dr Sahu said, adding that he sold his home "in time".
