Shipping entrepreneur buying Leedon Park Good Class Bungalow for S$45.8 million
The price reflects S$2,929 psf on the freehold land area; seller paid S$33 million for the bungalow in 2012
[SINGAPORE] A shipping entrepreneur in his 40s is buying a bungalow in the Leedon Park Good Class Bungalow (GCB) Area for S$45.8 million or S$2,929 per square foot (psf) based on the freehold land area of 15,636 square feet (sq ft).
Standing on the site is a 14-year-old bungalow with two storeys and a basement.
The property was developed by bungalow investor George Lim, who sold it in October 2012 for S$33 million to the current owner. The price reflected a then record S$2,111 psf on land area for a bungalow transaction in a GCB Area.
