JTC Corporation (JTC) has awarded the tender for an industrial site at Tuas South Street 9 (Plot 52) to the highest tenderer, Asiaone Logistics & Warehousing Pte Ltd, for S$7.04 million.
The tender for the 8,369 sqm site - which has a tenure of 20 years 7 months and a gross plot ratio of up to 1.0 - was launched on October 28 last year and closed on December 23. Four bids were received.
JTC added that two bids were received for another industrial site at Tanjong Penjuru. But the two bids submitted were not accepted as the prices offered were too low.
