Singapore most liveable place globally for Asian expatriates: ECA

    FROM over 450 global locations, Singapore has clinched the top spot as the most liveable place in the world for Asian expatriates, human resource consultancy ECA International's annual 'Location Ratings' research has revealed.

    For the 16th year straight, Singapore ranked top globally for Asian assignees, followed by Australian cities of Adelaide and Sydney.
