South Korea's Jan house prices barely up vs Dec: bank data

[SEOUL] South Korea's house prices rose 0.08 per cent in January from a month earlier and were up 4.37 per cent from a year earlier, data from a leading mortgage bank showed on Monday.
It would be the 29th consecutive month of increase in Kookmin Bank's composite house transactions price index after a 0.18 per cent rise reported last month.
