VETERAN property consultant Tay Kah Poh has returned to the fold, rejoining Knight Frank Singapore after a nine-year absence. He is executive director of agency services, overseeing all residential, office, industrial and retail services.
"I couldn't have picked a better time to rejoin Knight Frank. The market is tough, competition is hot, real estate issues are complex, attracting and retaining talent is getting harder and harder. Overall, it's going to be fun," he quipped when contacted by BT yesterday.
The 56-year-old said his core focus will be cross-selling the services of the four departments and restrategising their business focus. He will also focus on leadership development.
