Three adjoining shophouses on Joo Chiat Road put up for tender
THREE adjoining freehold shophouses on Joo Chiat Road have been put up for sale by public tender.
CBRE, the sole marketing agent for the shophouses 42, 44 and 46, said the tender will close on Nov 4, 2015.
Located within the Joo Chiat Conservation Area, the shophouses have a land area of about 4,992 square feet and a gross floor area (GFA) of about 14,820 square feet.
The site is zoned for commercial use with 3.0 plot ratio (ratio of maximum GFA to land area) under the Urban Redevelopment Authority's Master Plan 2014.
The properties are located opposite Joo Chiat Complex and close to the junction of Changi Road. They enjoy about 17 metres of street frontage. The guide price for the properties is S$28 million.
