Tokyo fund closes with Straits Trading unit as key sponsor

Straits Real Estate commits 4.9 billion yen to Cordea Savills's fund, may raise commitment in future closes

    CORDEA Savills has announced the first closing of its Greater Tokyo Office Fund, with Straits Trading Company's real estate investment arm, Straits Real Estate Pte Ltd, as a key sponsor.

    Straits Real Estate has made an initial commitment of 4.9 billion yen (S$52.3 million), with the possibility of increasing its commitment in future closes.
