TOP Global is buying a 6,103-square-foot unit at Tong Building on Orchard Road for S$24.93 million inclusive of a 7 per cent goods and services tax.
The freehold unit, which sits on the 18th floor of the building, is being sold by Fortis Asia Healthcare.
The consideration for the unit will be funded with internal resources.
Top Global, a lifestyle and real estate group, described the deal as a "rare investment grade office with strong building image along Orchard Road". The company is considering options for the property, including leasing to parties either from within or outside of the company.
