Two industrial plots in Joo Koon up for sale
$7.5m-$10m asking prices for parcels with potential for additional GFA

A COUPLE of industrial plots in Joo Koon with room for additional gross floor area (GFA) development has been put up for sale at guide prices between $7.5 million and $10 million.
The two plots are located at 9 Joo Koon Road and 20 Joo Koon Crescent, said sole marketing agent Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) yesterday. They are zoned for Business 2 use with a plot ratio of 1.4 each.
Both sites are within walking distance of Joo Koon MRT station and are served by the Ayer Rajah Expressway or Pan Island Expressway.
