Undervalued prime offices in Australian suburbs present investment opportunity

THERE is a potential pricing arbitrage between the prime central business district (CBD) office market and prime metropolitan (or suburban) office market in Australia.
While the country's suburban offices may be performing better on several metrics, they are not yielding higher. And therein lies an investment opportunity, says Colliers International Australia - Research director Luke Dixon.
