URA releases residential site at Tampines for sale

SINGAPORE'S Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel D) for sale on Tuesday under the Confirmed List of first-half 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The 15,660.4 square metre site, with a maximum gross floor area of 43,850 square metre, can yield about 490 residential units.
The tender for the 99-year lease site will close at 12 noon on April 28, 2015.
