Arcc Spaces to open flagship project at One Marina Boulevard

SINGAPORE-BASED flexible workspace operator Arcc Spaces will open its flagship project at One Marina Boulevard next month.

This is the company's fourth project in Singapore, adding to its regional footprint that now includes Kuala Lumpur, Yangon, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

The One Marina Boulevard project will take up 19,000 square feet of space on the 20th floor, and offer private office rooms, meeting rooms and a convertible multi-functional event space.

"We decided to open this flagship project at One Marina Boulevard this year as we continue to see the high potential and development in the city-state as a regional hub," said Arcc Spaces chief executive officer Justin Chen in a statement on Friday.

He noted that as more companies are increasingly adopting a flexible workplace strategy, their expectations on the services and products are also becoming more sophisticated and unique.

"This is not only for the flexible leasing terms and space, but also for the quality of amenities, depth of consideration to their business needs, value-added shared services and the type of community and network they have access to," he said.

Arcc Spaces partnered with local design firm Formwerkz to create the One Marina Boulevard space. There is also a dedicated event-management company to run small- and medium-scale events to cater to up to 80 guests.

For larger events, members can access training rooms and a 550-seater auditorium on the seventh and eighth floors of the building.
