ASIA-PACIFIC is the most improved region for real estate transparency, according to Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) Global Real Estate Transparency Index (GRETI) 2016 released on Thursday.
Australia continues to hold the top spot as the region's most transparent real estate market. Together with New Zealand, the two countries are classified as "highly transparent".
