BCA doubles co-funding for SMEs to go green
Changes also apply to tenants in retail, restaurant and supermarket premises, with co-funding of up to S$30,000

SMALL and medium enterprises (SMEs) will soon receive a funding boost in their efforts to green their buildings and premises.
From Sept 30, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) will double the amount that is co-funded with SME building owners and tenants to provide stronger support for them to raise environmental sustainability of buildings.
