Catherine He joins Colliers as head of research for Singapore
COLLIERS has appointed Catherine He as director, head of research for Singapore.
In a press statement on Wednesday (Feb 23), the estate services and investment management company said He will be responsible for leading its research capability for Singapore while working closely with external clients and internal stakeholders across multiple functions and service lines.
She will also lead and further develop the company's local research capability with "clear and ambitious targets" for clients - producing "strategic, rigorous and actionable research" that integrates Colliers' services across South-east Asia.
He will be reporting to the company's managing director, Tang Wei Leng.
She joins Colliers from CBRE in Singapore, where she was formerly director of research for South-east Asia.
At her previous post, He was responsible for analysing real estate market data as well as producing key market and economic updates, forecasts and thought-leadership papers. She also contributed to the company's business development initiatives, investment advisory proposals and presentations to clients.
Highlighting He's experience in research, the real estate industry and institutional financial services, Tang believes her appointment will help to enhance Colliers' team capabilities to better serve the needs of clients.
"As the gateway to the rest of Asia, Singapore remains an important international business hub, and real estate will continue to be a key sector of interest. I look forward to leveraging our global network and resources to provide valuable insights and expert views to our clients in Singapore to accelerate their success," said He.
