FOR the second time this year, property consulting group Colliers International has been the subject of a poaching exercise.
This time, CBRE has recruited five brokers from Colliers' industrial services team - to enhance its presence in the "mammoth" industrial and logistics arena that has not received its fair share of attention from most property consultants, as CBRE managing director, brokerage (Singapore) Moray Armstrong puts it.
