Contractors' association elects new president

THE Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) has elected Kenneth Loo as president of the SCAL Council of Management for the 2015-2017 term.

Mr Loo, who is executive director and chief operating officer of Straits Construction Singapore, takes over from Ho Nyok Yong.
