Dennis Yeo joins CBRE as regional head of industrial and logistic services in Asia
PROPERTY veteran Dennis Yeo has been appointed by CBRE as its regional head of industrial and logistics services in Asia as part of the property consultancy's plan to build its industrial and logistics platform.
Mr Yeo joined CBRE officially on Sept 8, CBRE said on Wednesday. This confirmed an earlier Business Times article, saying that he was expected to join rival firm CBRE for a senior regional position in the industrial space sector, following his resignation from Colliers International where he was managing director for Singapore.
Based in Singapore, Mr Yeo will be working closely with CBRE's industrial and logistics services teams in each market across the region.
